Processing and delivery times:
Deliveries worldwide can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at
All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
For shipping, we use DHL Express. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 8am and 6pm.
On the mand delivery: 24 hours before delivery, you will recive an email or a text message confirming the delivery time of your shipment.
Please note: we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Please note: that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Deliveries to most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these separately on the arrival of your order in your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total in the shopping cart.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;
1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Colombia; and
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Note the final recommended retail price may vary depending on the delivery country.
DDP apply worldwide except: USA – Australia – Perú.
If a DAP (Delivery at Place) destination is selected at checkout duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. This will be noted in the checkout process. For these countries, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note: as transaction processing is based in Colombia, your bank may apply international transaction fees.
Changes to your order
For all online customer service, order enquiries and personal shopping appointments, email us at email@example.com your request will be answer between 9:00am and 6:00pm Colombia, Monday to Friday.
If your order has already been processed, aquamanile accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
Aquamanile reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
Returns & exchange policy
You may return or exchange (where available) your Aquamanile Online Store purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
For all swimsuit, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Processing your return
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
1. Log in:
For registered users, log into your account at aquamanilewear.com. Under ‘My Account’, select Request a Return and follow the prompts. On completion of this process, you will receive a PDF form by email within the next 24 business hours between Monday and Friday.
You may select a refund or exchange on all or some of your items, completing the form.
If you ask for a refund, we would appreciate that you tell us why you were not satisfied with your purchase, every comment will help us improve.
If you ask for an exchange, you should inform us for which product you would like to exchange your purchase.
If your chosen item is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

You will receive a PDF by email that you will have to print.
3. Pack your return:
When returning items, please enclose:
Pack your garment in the original packaging including the invoice of your order.
Sending your return
To organize a return:
1. Enclose the garment (and its original packaging including Aquamanile box), inside secure packaging;
2. Affix the PDF returns form, outside of the package.
3. Refer to a DHL and send your return.
4. Make sure that the PDF address is correctly written.

Please note that items received outside of the specified returns period and conditions exchange policy, will not be accepted.
Aquamanile is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We strive to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
